Sambosaks are an integral part of Middle Eastern cuisine and a staple on every Iftarmenu. Now, we're bringing a sweet twist by infusing these traditional delights with theindulgent richness of Hershey’s Cookies ‘n’ Cream Chocolate and Milk ChocolateChips.
Defrost the frozen Sambosak sheets.
Blend the HERSHEY’S Cookies ‘n’ Creme bars in a blender until crumbly.
Fold the defrosted sheets into a quirky cone and fill it with 1 ½ tablespoons of crumbly chocolate. Seal it with a simple flour and water mix.
Heat the frying oil to 190℃. Put in the filled Sambosak sheets and fry for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
Once fried, let them cool on a wire rack.
Melt the HERSHEY’S Milk Chocolate Chips in the microwave for a few minutes. Mix in coconut oil and chopped pistachios.
Dip your fried Sambosaks in the chocolate pistachio glaze and put them in the fridge to cool down.
Serve and savor!
